Easy Butter Chicken

This is one of our favorite recipes to cook up together on a lazy weekend day spent in the kitchen. We start cooking breakfast and after clean up, we merge right into our favourite recipe of spicy and pungent butter chicken. We usually cook this one into a double or even triple batch and freeze the extra sauce or combined chicken and sauce for a quick and tasty meal down the road.

  1. Hi, I was just wondering what you mean by coconut sauce? This recipe looks amazing and I would love to make it. Thank you.

    • Coconut sauce is a soy sauce replacement. Clean keto is all about clean eating and soy is a hormone interrupter and is particularly bad for women. It is basically fermented coconut sap. In many parts of the world it is also referred to as ‘coconut aminos’, but here in Canada it is generally called coconut sauce. Availability will depend on location and supply/demand on local stores. You can always ask your local grocer to bring this in and spread the word to keto-friends.

  2. This is the most amazing butter chicken recipe I’ve ever tasted. Easy to put together and makes enough sauce for another meal! Thank you!
