Deep Fried Brussels Sprouts

We had these deep fried Brussels sprouts at a restaurant in town recently and LOVED them. Our first few attempts were not ones to share, but we finally got it right. It took us awhile to figure out the secret, but when we finally stumbled upon this recipe, we knew it was a keeper!

Half or quarter the sprouts, depending on their size.
Deep fry (or shallow fry) the sprouts at 350 until they are golden brown with the single leaves crispy but not burned, 2-3 minutes per batch.
With a slotted spoon, transfer the fried sprouts to a bowl.
Toss with sweetener, Korean Chili and salt and pepper. Serve right away.
