This recipe needs no introduction. This is fudge, at its finest. I promise you, that you will not find a more decadent treat as this one. Its melt in your mouth, deliciously delicious fat-tastic fudge. Many people in the Keto/low carb world having difficulty reaching their macros, in particular their fat levels. While we don’t recommend that you eat fat, just to increase your macros, this is an awesome and scrumptious way to add in a snack if you’re hungry and increase your fat macros at the same time. This Keto fudge is honestly to die for. Its so rich and creamy, its hard to believe that this is an approved food! The hardest part of the whole recipe is waiting 4 hours for it to set.
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup 35% whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sweetener, to taste
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
Add whipping cream and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
Add sweetener; adjust for taste.
Heat until bubbling; stir constantly.
Reduce heat and stir in cocoa and salt. Blend well.
Pour into a last pan and chill for three to four hours.
When cool, roll the fudge into balls and roll into cocoa.
Add 2 Tbsp of solid Coconut oil for added fat – delete Cocoa and add 1 Tsp. of Vanilla extract for vanilla truffle
