Everybody loves brownies, right? I mean, what’s not to love about brownies?? These brownies are super rich. We recommend you store them in the fridge where the ingredients will firm up, almost like a decadent chocolatey fudge. Top them with our chocolate cream cheese icing and you’ll swear you just found yourself a piece of chocolate heaven!!.

For the brownies
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup Swerve or sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 heaping tbsp cocoa
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup of baking chocolate, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup 35% whipping cream
- 3 eggs
Combine all dry ingredients and set aside
Melt butter and baking chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese, whipping cream and eggs into chocolate and combine.
Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet mixture and pour into greased baking dish or lined cupcake pan.
Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes, using the lower end of you’re doing mini cupcakes or until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist.
