In case your didn’t know it, we’re all about making our work in the kitchen as easy as possible.

Learning how to utilize the ‘Take out (the freezer or fridge) option’ is a real game changer for many families. Even for people like Sidekick and I, who dearly love cooking and spending time in the kitchen.

This recipe fits the bill. We’re using our homemade Caesar dressing as a flavour enhancer for the salmon and boyyy is it quick, easy and downright lip smacking good.

Give it a try in your kitchen.

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp thyme or tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp Korean chili
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 6-8 oz salmon pieces
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Directions

1

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Combine all dry ingredients and cheese in a small mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside

Dry salmon pieces and place in a greased 13×9 baking dish

Using the back of a spoon or a rubber spatula, spread the creamy Caesar dressing over the fillets.

Sprinkle the dry mixture over the fillets, pressing gently into the dressing/fillets.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Turn your oven up on broil for the last few minutes if you prefer a crispier crust. Set a timer and don’t walk away.
Try this on chicken! (increase cooking time until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165)
