Cream Cheese Sauce

1 cup cream cheese
1\4 cup 35% whipping cream
1 tbsp erythritol or stevia, to taste
1 tsp vanilla

Melt cream cheese in a sauce pan over low-medium heat and then add in sweetener, vanilla and whipping cream. Whisk to remove all the lumps and set aside. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Reheat if it gets too thick.
