Sometimes that meal isn’t complete without a serving of coleslaw on the side. Growing up, we were served grated carrot and cabbage with dressing from a bottle. Nowadays, we’d rather make our own, so we know what we’re eating. We highly recommend it with our Best ever Breaded Chicken and our keto fish and chips

Ingredients

  • 1/4 head cabbage
  • 1/3 cup sugar free mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Avocado or Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet of sweetener, to taste (We used Stevia)

Instructions

  1. Chop the 1/4 Head Cabbage into thin slices, or grate using a coarse grater.
  2. Mix together the Mayonnaise, Oil, 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard, celery seed and dry ingredients
  3. Chill and serve
