Full flavour BBQ sauce for any Keto or Low Carb BBQ, without the carbs.
Ingredients
28 Oz San Marzano tomatoes, pureed
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
2 Tbsp Coconut Sauce
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
