Ingredients

  • 28 Oz San Marzano tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/4 cup granular Erythritol, (powdered in a blender)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sauce
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum,

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
