Cream Cheese Frosting


4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract



  1. Cream the butter and cream cheese together with a hand mixer until fully combined.
  2. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract and continue to mix.
  3. Once the sweetener is blended in, continue to mix until fluffy.

**Recipe notes

-Leave cream cheese and butter out overnight to let them come to room temperature. Never heat these ingredients for frosting.
-For chocolate icing, add 2 tbsp cocoa with the sweetener.
-Icing should be used immediately, alternatively you can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
